IGWI is a women led cbo registered in kenya with its head office in marigat town. IWGI was founded in2019 and registered in 2021 by local indigenous women with the purpose of amplifying the voices of women and girls with a purpose to bring their sense of self worth; their right to have and to determine choices; right to have access to education, opportunities and resources, right to have power to control their own lives both within and outside home and their ability to influence the direction of social and economic well being
